  1. In case of problems, questions or anything else, ALWAYS contact us. You pay us for providing a customer service.
  2. Initial contract is for a minimum period of 12 months.
  3. Cancellation of subscriptions is not permitted within the minimum subscription period. 30 days notice for cancellation must be given thereafter.
  4. The renewal fee is payable for each successive year thereafter, from the month of signing up for the service. The renewal fee is not refundable.  We will contact you 1 month before your renewal date asking you to renew.  Unless you have given notice to cancel your subscription.  Please note this will be by email.  If you change your email address please inform us.  If you do not renew cancelation will happen automatically and your account closed.  If you choose to re-open the account administration fees will be applied on top of the subscription fee.
  5. The renewal fees are subject to change with prior notice.
  6. To cancel your account you must write/email us with your details. We will then cancel your account and confirm back to you by email. 
  7. All monies owed must be cleared before account can be closed.
  8. You use this product at your own risk.
  9. Should this product be used for Sky accounts, you do so at your own risk that your account may be closed down if Sky find out you are outside the UK.
  10. Should you lose access/connection to UK/USA servers please contact us asap.
  11. We are obliged to take all measures to provide services to you with minimum downtime.
  12. The information you provide when you purchase, connect and use the service, will not be used or shared by us for commercial purposes only to provide our services to you. We respect your privacy and will not share its third person, except in the following situations:
  13. You will be responsible for all the activities involving your account. You must respect the laws of your country. You agree not to share your account with others. You can use your account on as many devices as you like, but you can have only one connection at a time for your account
  14. You agree that our services are offered to you on an "as is" basis, with no warranties whatsoever. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconveniences, or whatsoever damages, or loss of profit, that may arise from the use of our services. No refunds will be given.
  15.  We cannot and do not guarantee the speed of our services. We also cannot and do not guarantee that you will have uninterrupted services. We have no control and cannot guarantee general worldwide internet speeds. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconveniences, or whatsoever damages, or loss of profit,  that may arise from the use of our services. No refunds will be given if you are dissatisfied with our services.
  16.  If you violate any of our terms, we reserve the right to terminate your service without any advance warning or notification. No refunds or will be given.
  17. We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications to our Terms Of Use Agreement. This will become binding and it will be your responsibility to periodically check for updates and abide by the terms.
  18. Do NOT reset the router - If you reset the Router you will need to send back to us for re-programming and you, the customer will be responsible for all carriage costs and £50/60€ rebuilding software loading fee.
  19. Online gambling is played at own risk.
